Thursday was the day for our trip to Glacier National Park.
That meant huge mountains, cool hikes and hopefully...
...Grizzlies!
The Flathead River was running strong.
The Road to the Sun is Glacier's famous route through the park.
Truly one of the most beautiful drives in the world...
...even in the rain!
With no luck seeing Grizzlies, Dad and I decided to pull over for a hike at the Siyeh Trail.
At Siyeh, we ran into photographer Jeffery Schwilk.
Jeffery had spotted a sow Grizz and her cub...
...and loaned me his binoculars so I could watch them feed.
There's mama Grizz!
There's lots more we did after that, but I'll save that for later.
